For investors and VCs

Meet the founders early.

Innovation Philosophie gathers some of the world's most promising founders. I mentor Fortune 5000 CEOs and global founders. In my programmes, we grow companies up to 3,000%.

Founders apply to join, and screening is selective. Investors who partner with Innovation Philosophie gain early access to the screened founders in my cohorts and network.

Innovation Philosophie is a network of Impact Makers: founders who train innovation as a daily practice. Partners work with all of it: the founders, the content, Black Envelope and the programmes.

01From Pat Villaceran

Why partners talk to me.

I mentor Fortune 5000 CEOs and global startup founders. In my programmes, we grow companies up to 3,000%.

That work shows me early which ventures are built to scale and which sectors are taking shape. Innovation Philosophie brings those founders into one circle, built around the daily practice for building what isn't there yet.

I work with a small number of partners who want to stand alongside those founders: investors looking across new high-growth industries, organisations that back founders at this level, and founder networks whose founders belong here. Every partnership is agreed directly with me.

02The network

What you partner with.

One network, four parts. A partnership is with Innovation Philosophie as a whole, not with a single channel.

The founders

Impact Makers: founders who train their thinking every day with The First Thing, a morning read, a weekly hour and a vault of past reads. Membership opens from a waitlist.

The content

My writing for founders and for investors, including the Innovation Philosophie newsletter on LinkedIn, which gives investors early sight of high-growth ventures and sectors.

Black Envelope

Invite-only, for founders whose businesses make 10 million or more in annual revenue. Every application is screened in an interview-style conversation.

The programmes

The founder cohorts I mentor, where founders work on the move that scales their venture.

03Modalities

Six ways to partner.

Each one is a partnership with the network of Impact Makers. Each one starts with the same form and a conversation about what fits.

01

Investor partners

Who it's for
VCs and angel investors looking for opportunities in the founder network across new high-growth industries.
What the partner gets
A direct conversation with me about the industries you are watching, and early sight of the sectors forming across the network. Where it fits, capital can be the bridge between a founder's proven principle and the system that scales it. We talk about that capital bridge when it suits both sides, and never on a deadline. Founders' details are never shared.
What we ask
Tell me the industries you are watching. The conversation stays between us until a partnership is agreed.
How it works
You send the form. We talk. If a partnership fits, you receive a written proposal with what you receive and the terms.

02

Founding Partner

Who it's for
One or two organisations that want to stand alongside the founders around Innovation Philosophie, from the daily practice to Black Envelope.
What the partner gets
Credit as a founding partner of Innovation Philosophie. Founding credit at Black Envelope, a partner-hosted session where agreed in advance, a mention in the Innovation Philosophie recap, and a full report afterwards.
What we ask
The partnership is agreed directly with me. One named contact on your side. Your logo and copy are reviewed before they are used.
How it works
You send the form. We agree which partnership fits. Partnerships that include Black Envelope are signed and paid in advance. A report with links and counted numbers follows.

03

Category Partner

Who it's for
One organisation per category. You are the only partner in the category we agree.
What the partner gets
Credit on signage and in the programme at Black Envelope, a tag in the Innovation Philosophie recap, and a report afterwards. You are credited where agreed across Innovation Philosophie.
What we ask
The category is agreed with me. One named contact on your side. Your logo and copy are reviewed before they are used.
How it works
You send the form and name the category you have in mind. If that category is open, the written proposal sets the credit and the terms.

04

Founder network partners

Who it's for
Founder networks and programmes whose founders build new products in high-growth industries.
What the partner gets
Credit as a founder network partner when you introduce founders to Innovation Philosophie and to Black Envelope.
What we ask
Founders join Innovation Philosophie and apply to Black Envelope themselves. You hold no places and have no say in who is invited. Every Black Envelope application is screened the same way.
How it works
You send the form. We talk about the founders you can introduce. They take the next step themselves. You are credited once the partnership is signed and you have agreed to be named.

05

Programme and knowledge partners

Who it's for
Organisations co-developing founder cohort content and research with me.
What the partner gets
A role in the content and the research of the founder cohorts, where founders work on the move that scales their venture. Credit where agreed across Innovation Philosophie.
What we ask
The work is co-developed with me. You have no say over who is screened or invited, and no placement in The First Thing, the members' morning read.
How it works
You send the form and describe the cohort content or research you want to co-develop. The written proposal sets the work and the terms.

06

Media and content partners

Who it's for
Organisations that want to stand with the content as a whole: the writing, the newsletter and the wider body of content.
What the partner gets
A partnership with that body of content, including the writing for founders and for investors, the Innovation Philosophie newsletter on LinkedIn, and the podcast as one part of it. Credit where agreed across Innovation Philosophie.
What we ask
You have no say over topics, speakers or questions. There is no placement in The First Thing, the members' morning read, and no promise of audience size or results.
How it works
You send the form and say which part of the content you are looking at. The written proposal sets where credit appears.
